CHRISTMAS BEGINS HERE!

December l has arrived and the advent calendar opens.  Here we go on our 'count down to Christmas' ride.  I'm always pleased to feature this lovely front cover of  CHRISTMAS PAST IN ESSEX, a wonderful book which is the fabulous creation of Elizabeth Wallace, my baby sister, and other members of my family, particularly Eve Gladstone, whose colourful front cover still brightens up the book shops in Essex.  Copies can also be found in most Essex libraries.    

Elizabeth is the author of around eight books and now lives in Denver, Colorado. She is also a superb seamstress (check out her page on Etsy) and artist, and when visiting us in England, enjoys broadcasting on our regional radio frequencies, as well as her own radio shows in the US.
