Jon and Peter Li set up their IT company seven years ago just off Billericay High Street. Coincidentally, they leased their shop under the office where their father traded many years ago. Unless you know about their shop, snuggled in its courtyard setting close to the Billericay Town Council offices, you probably wouldn’t venture off the High Street.
